Infants Policy
Infants below 2 years / 12kg are carried free of charge. In case of verification of age, ID proof/birth certificate of the child shall be checked. Children above the age of 2 years will be considered full ticket
Baggage Allowance
Only one handbag (Soft Bags/duffle bags) weighing maximum 2 to 5 kg is allowed per passenger, there is very limited space for luggage in the helicopter. Trollies are not strictly not allowed.
Booking Terms / Payment Terms
Package Confirmation & Booking, please deposit the 40% amount of the Tour cost to process the booking and the balance amount is to be paid 25 days prior to the date of travel.
Helicopter Weight Limitation
Total passenger weight should not exceed over 450 Kg. Passengers would be taken on board depending on the load and temperature conditions. The pilot's call will be final. Beyond the said weight limit the flight won’t be able to take off and your journey will be cancelled effective immediately with no refund. it is vital for you to provide us with the right & exact weight to avoid such situation
Passenger Weights
Guests have to MANDATORILY submit their correct weights at the time of booking. If any change in weight found at the time of their boarding, from the submitted weights, which may lead to exceeding of our aircraft weight carrying capacity, guest(s) would be deboarded & cancelled for the heli-tour, without any refund.
Overweight Charges: On Per Seat Basis Only
Overweight charges would be charged to guests who are above 75 kg weight. The reason for the same is that we operate at very high-altitude terrain, where the weight carrying capacity of the aircraft is only 450 kg. Hence, due to overweight passengers, we lose seats in our shared flights. Overweight charges are applicable at INR 3,000 per Kg.
Furthermore, if there are variations in the weights of the passengers, charges based on the overweight criteria will apply. The corresponding amount will be collected at the hotel before the day of flight boarding
Important Note
- The above-mentioned timings are not final. Timings may differ on your date of travel, mentioned timings are tentative just for understanding the operational system & timing. Things can be changed at the last moment due to any operational, weather changes, clearance from Air Force & Civil Aviation, VVIP movements, valley flying by Indian Air Force (NOTAM), sudden occurrence of technical snag in helicopter, illness of flying crew & delayed positioning of the guests at the helipad.
- It is advised to you to reach Dehradun a day prior to the commencement of your journey, since the helicopter will be boarded early in the morning around 6 AM
- This is a fixed departure tour, and all departure timings of each destination are fixed. Therefore, passengers must ensure they report as per the mentioned scheduled ETD on each day of the tour
- Single Supplement @ Rs. 50,000/- extra shall be chargeable in case any guest wishes to stay in single occupancy in hotels at all destinations.
- Airport transfers will be provided only on the arrival day at Dehradun, and on the last day, i.e.6th day of the tour.
Guidelines For Passengers
- Carrying AADHAR CARD is a must for all Indians, whereas a passport is required for foreign nationals.
- All temples in Chardham are located in high altitude areas. Passengers having asthma problems should not undertake this yatra
- All passengers undertaking this yatra should be medically and physically fit.
- Passengers are advised to carry a small oxygen bottle with them as a precaution. It is available locally at all medical shops
- Although day temperatures at these locations are normal it becomes cold at night and so passengers must carry woolen clothes with them.
- All passengers are advised to carry their own medication
- Company shall not be liable for any medical emergency on the ground to the party, thus advising guests to get the fitness certificate from the doctor to travel to the high altitude sector.
- Weighing at the time of boarding the helicopter is a must since the pilot will not allow boarding in case it exceeds the weight conveyed at the time of booking & we reserve the right to shuffle passengers to manage the right weight of helicopters for safe flying in the hills.
Terms And Conditions
- The hotels at all the Dhams are in the non-star category. However, for our Heli-Tours, we have carefully selected the most comfortable and highly-rated properties.
- The quality of accommodation at Yamunotri and Kedarnath is slightly above average, so passengers should not have very high expectations in these locations. However, at Harsil and Badrinath, the accommodation standard ranges from 3-star level, to providing a more comfortable stay
- Only 5 Kg baggage per passenger will be permitted. Passengers are advised not to carry big suitcases as there is very small baggage space inside the helicopter. Passengers bringing excess baggage might not be allowed to take the same in the chopper by pilot.
- Children above the age of 2 years will be considered full ticket
- There is no provision of concession to children or senior citizens.
- Total passenger weight should not exceed over 450 for 6 Passengers. Beyond the said weight limit the flight won’t be able to take off and your journey will be cancelled effective immediately (it is vital for you to provide us with the right & exact weight to avoid such situation
- Weighing at the time of boarding the helicopter is a must, since the company shall not allow boarding in case the total weight exceeds the weight limitation of the helicopter. And, due to the same reason, in case of more than 01 available aircraft, we reserve the right to shuffle passengers between different groups to manage the right weight of helicopters for safe flying in the hills.
- Passengers may be divided into 2 groups while changing the helicopter at Kedarnath /Guptkashi shuttle depending on their body weight
- While changing the helicopter at Kedarnath or Guptkashi/Phata/sitapur the waiting time is between 10 mins to 3 hrs. depending on Shuttle slots / weather conditions or technical reasons or ground situations.
- No money will be refunded in case the passenger is de-boarded due to wrong given body weight.
- Company reserves the right to postpone the timings of flying, subject to weather conditions. And, in case of night halt due to Force majeure reasons, cost for the same will be borne by the clients.
- In case the journey is not finished within the stipulated time and passengers are not able to visit one or more Dhams due to bad weather conditions/technical reasons then the company will try to visit all places within the stipulated time. Although if this is not possible then the liability of the company will be limited to refund of unutilised sector/s.
- Rescheduling of booking to a next date will be done subject to availability and on payment of 10% of the cost. This will be permitted only if applied 7 days before the journey date. In case the rescheduling is requested with less than 7 days to the journey then booking will be treated as cancelled and a fresh booking will be given subject to availability.
- In case of a charter getting cancelled due to bad weather or any other reasons on the date of your travel, the booking will not be revalidated for the next day. Refund as per the refunds/cancellations policy, with no further obligation of Company whatsoever. Any kind of inconvenience caused because of cancellation of flights is beyond the control of the operator. No compensation, reimbursement or arrangements shall be offered in the event of cancellation of a flight.
- We reserve the right to shuffle any destination depending on the weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances which is beyond our control
- Our company shall not be liable for any medical emergency on the grounds of the party. Therefore, in your own interest, guests are hereby advised to kindly consult a doctor and get a medical check-up done, before commencing the yatra. Medical check-up is mainly required if a guest has any medical suffering/condition.
- All kinds of expenses that arise because of a natural calamity (in the form of weather, government restrictions, strikes, agitations, political disturbances of other nature, etc). These expenses will be borne by the customer.
- The Company reserves the right, without assigning any reason, to cancel, advance, reschedule, over-fly or delay the commencement or continuance of the flight. Without incurring any liability in damages or otherwise to the passengers or any other person on any ground whatsoever. The Company reserves the right to refuse to carry any person whom it considers unfit for travel or what in the opinion of the company may constitute a risk to the aircraft or to the persons on board.
- In respect of covid-19, all necessary measures issued by the state & central governments would have to be adhered to by all the pilgrims for their own as well other safety & health.
- Disputes, if any, are to be settled by Courts in Dehradun who will have Jurisdiction in this regard
Bad Weather And Force Majeure Disclaimer
Helicopter flights in hilly terrain are contingent upon unpredictable factors such as adverse weather conditions and various Force Majeure events. These include delayed AirTraffic Clearances/Permissions, VVIP movements, valley flying by the Indian Air Force(NOTAM), sudden technical issues in the aircraft, illness of the flying crew, or delayed reporting of passengers at the helipads, among other unforeseen circumstances.Passengers are advised to be ready to encounter any unexpected events and inconveniences that may arise in such situations.

Force Majeure & Bad Weather Refunds ( Basis Of Refund )
- Tour Cost: 25% of total tour cost for each unutilized travel sector (Dham), minus INR 33,000 per person toward the flight preparation & ground arrangement charges which is equal to 22,000 per sector per person.
- Additional Services: Deduction of any additional services provided at any of the Dhams during the tour of the passengers will be deducted over & above the refundable Tour Cost
- Refund against any unutilized service will not be calculated separately and added to the refundable amount
- If flying is not possible due to bad weather at Dehradun, then 12 % will be deducted and balance will be refunded to guests.
Force Majeure & Bad Weather Policies
- In the event of flight cancellations or delays due to bad weather, technical issues, or any force majeure reasons beyond the control of our company Services, the company will not be held liable for the canceled or delayed flights. However, clients will be entitled to a refund in accordance with our refunds policy.It's important to note that any inconvenience arising from flight cancellations is beyond the operator's control. No compensation or reimbursement for accommodation, transportation, meals, or any additional travel expenses incurred by passengers will be provided in the event of flight cancellation.
- If the tour departure from Dehradun on Day One is hindered by the aforementioned reasons, the tour will be deemed canceled, and a full refund, minus 12%, will be issued in accordance with our policies.
- Nevertheless, if passengers are open to rescheduling the tour for the next available date, they can initiate a new booking for the same. Our team will present the available options to the passengers.
- The remaining or unused amount from the previous booking can be applied towards the fresh booking. Any additional costs incurred will be the responsibility of the passengers.
- In case the tour departs from Dehradun as per schedule but gets disrupted, while the tour is ongoing, our team will propose the possible revised itinerary within the scheduled package days, but without any extension of days.
- Any extension, proposed by the passengers, in the package will only be considered at an extra cost and subject to operational viability.
- New Chardham passenger(s) scheduled for departure from Dehradun on any respective travel date shall be our top priority, over the back-log passenger(s) of previous days(s).
- Additional night halt charges will be payable by the passengers to hotels on direct payment basis, when they get stuck for additional nights due to bad weather/force majeure reasons.
- Our Company may not fly to Harsil/Jhalla, in case of turbulent wind conditions – which is often in the Harsil valley after 1200 Hrs.
- If any passenger(s) require ferry flights to be operated for them in emergency, cost for the same will be charged to the party @ INR 155,000/hr plus GST.
- While the tour is ongoing, if any group demands to cancel their tour mid-way, the arrangement of transportation will be done by our team, however, cost for the same will be borne by the passengers on direct payment basis.
- Any increase in government levies or taxes or special Darshan or Palki after the confirmation of booking, will be extra chargeable to the passengers. Payment against the same will have to be made before the commencement of tour.
Medical Emergencies
We will not be liable for any medical emergency on the ground to the passengers. Therefore, in your own interest, passengers are hereby advised to kindly consult a doctor and get a medical check-up done before commencing the yatra. Medical check-up is mainly required if a passenger has any medical ailment or condition.
