Our Helicopter Charter Services Excludes

• Any special puja charges will have to be paid directly by passengers.
• Expenses of personal nature such as tipping, laundry, telephones, table drink, room service, medical evacuation due to ill health etc.
• Any kind of Insurance.
• Any claim or delay charges due to any operational or weather changes etc. Or any other things which are not mentioned in the cost included column.
• Any Increase in Taxes, Fuel Price, royalty charges Leading to increase in cost on surface Transportation & Land Arrangements, Which May Come into Effect Prior to Departure.

Infants Policy

Infants below 2 years / 12kg are carried free of charge. In case of verification of age, ID proof/birth certificate of the child shall be checked. Children above the age of 2 years will be considered full ticket

Baggage Allowance

Only one handbag (Soft Bags/duffle bags) weighing maximum 2 to 5 kg is allowed per passenger, there is very limited space for luggage in the helicopter. Trollies are not strictly not allowed.

Helicopter Weight Limtation

• Total passenger weight should not exceed over 350 Kgs for 05 Passengers, 420 for 06 Passengers and 490 for 07 Passengers.. Passengers would be taken on board depending on the load and temperature conditions. The pilot's call will be final. Beyond the said weight limit the flight won’t be able to take off and your journey will be cancelled effective immediately with no refund. it is vital for you to provide us with the right & exact weight to avoid such situation
• Guests have to MANDATORILY submit their correct weights at the time of booking. If any change in weight found at the time of their travel, from the submitted weights, which may lead to exceeding of our aircraft weight carrying capacity, guest(s) would be deboarded & cancelled for the heli-tour, without any refund.

Booking Terms / Payment Terms

Package Confirmation & Booking, please deposit the 40% amount of the Tour cost to process the booking and the balance amount is to be paid 25 days prior to the date of travel.

Advisory

• It is advised to you to reach Dehradun a day prior to the commencement of your journey, since the helicopter will be boarded early in the morning around 6 AM.
• In order to avoid any unforeseen circumstances (like weather change or some sort of an operational or technical issue) which may be an unfortunate cause for your delay, it would be wise for you to book return flight or train tickets for next day (keep at least one additional day in hand). No compensation will be provided if any flight/train or any other things are missed out.
• All temples in Chardham are located in high altitude areas. Passengers are advised to kindly keep their daily-use medical kits with them, during travel.

Clothing

There is no restriction for clothing while you enter the Temple as such. you can wear anything you wish. ladies can wear Salwaar Kameez, track pants etc.

Communication

Although all private mobile phones have coverage, BSNL mobile is better in most of the places.

Best Season

The best season to avail the yatra on helicopter is May-June and September October. We do not operate during July-August months to the rainy season.

Guidelines For Passengers

• The above-mentioned timings are not final. Timings may differ on your date of travel, mentioned timings are tentative just for understanding the operational system & timing. Things can be changed at last moment due to any operational, weather changes, clearance from Air Force & Civil Aviation, VVIP movements, valley flying by Indian Air Force (NOTAM), sudden occurrence of technical snag in helicopter, illness of flying crew & delayed positioning of the guests at the helipads.
• Carrying of AADHAR CARD is mandatory for all Indians, whereas a passport is required for foreign nationals.
• All passengers undertaking this yatra should be medically and physically fit.
• Passengers are advised to carry a small oxygen bottle with them as a precaution. It is available locally at all medical shops.
• Although day temperatures at these locations are normal it becomes cold in the night and so passengers must carry woollen clothes with them.
• Maximum 05 / 06 Passengers will be allowed in 01 Helicopters.
• Overweight charges would be charged to guests who are above 75kg weight. The reason for the same is that we operate at very high-altitude terrain, where the weight carrying capacity of the aircraft is only 420 kg. Hence, due to overweight passengers, we lose seats in our shared flights. Overweight charges are applicable at INR 1,800 per Kg. This will be decided on a day before the date of Journey. However, if the overall weight of 6 Passengers does not exceed 420 Kgs, then there will be no extra charge for overweight passengers

Terms And Conditions

• There is no provision of concession to children or senior citizens
• We reserve the right to postpone the timings of flying subjected to weather, operational or technical issues.
• In case of a per seat booking: Booking shall be taken on a provisional basis, and confirmed to the passengers 03 days prior to the date of travel. Please note, Company shall fly subject to 05 or more passengers being on board, otherwise provisional booking shall be released and 100% advance shall be refunded by us.
• Weighing at the time of boarding the helicopter is a must, since the company shall not allow boarding in case the total weight exceeds the weight limitation of the helicopter. And, due to the same reason, in case of more than 01 available aircraft, we reserve the right to shuffle passengers between different groups to manage the right weight of helicopters for safe flying in the hills.
• Passengers may be divided into 2 groups while changing the helicopter at Kedarnath /Guptkashi shuttle depending on their body weight.
• While changing the helicopter at Kedarnath or Guptkashi/Phata/sitapur the waiting time is between 10 mins to 3 hrs. depending on Shuttle slots / weather conditions or technical reasons or ground situations.
• Company reserves the right to postpone the timings of flying, subject to weather conditions. And, in case of night halt due to Force majeure reasons, cost for the same will be borne by the clients.
• Rescheduling of booking to a next date will be done subject to availability and on payment of 10% of the cost. This will be permitted only if applied 7 days before the journey date. In case the rescheduling is requested with less than 7 days to the journey then booking will be treated as cancelled and a fresh booking will be given subject to availability.
• If due to any reasons beyond our control like bad weather conditions, flood, Pandemic, riots, political unrest, bandhs, or any other natural or man-made misfortunes, the program will need to be changed or extended. The additional expenditure for the same will have to be borne by the passengers directly.
• In case of a charter getting cancelled due to bad weather or any other reasons on the date of your travel, the booking will not be revalidated for the next day. Refund as per the refunds/cancellations policy, with no further obligation of Company whatsoever. Any kind of inconvenience caused because of cancellation of flights is beyond the control of the operator. No compensation, reimbursement or arrangements shall be offered in the event of cancellation of a flight.
• We reserve the right to shuffle any destination depending on the weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances which is beyond our control
• All kinds of expenses that arise because of a natural calamity (in the form of weather, government restrictions, strikes, agitations, political disturbances of other nature, etc). These expenses will be borne by the customer
• Our company shall not be liable for any medical emergency on the ground to the party. Therefore, in your own interest, guests are hereby advised to kindly consult a doctor and get a medical check-up done, before commencing the yatra. Medical check-up is mainly required if a guest has any medical suffering/condition.
• The Company reserves the right, without assigning any reason, to cancel, advance, reschedule, over-fly or delay the commencement or continuance of the flight. Without incurring any liability in damages or otherwise to the passengers or any other person on any ground whatsoever. The Company reserves the right to refuse to carry any person whom it considers unfit for travel or what in the opinion of the company may constitute risk to the aircraft or to the persons on board.
• In respect of covid-19, all necessary measures issued by the state & central governments would have to be adhered to by all the pilgrims for their own as well other safety & health
• Disputes, if any, are to be settled by Courts in Dehradun who will have the Jurisdiction in this regard

Cancellation Policies

If passengers wish to cancel their bookings, then they will have to pay following cancellation charges.

Less than 07 Days before journey	No Refund

Bad Weather And Force Majeure Disclaimer

• 100% refund shall be applicable in case the entire tour gets cancelled due to any Force Majeure reason, minus flight preparation charges of INR 2,500 Per Person and any additional services provided to guests.
• In case the journey is not finished within the stipulated time and passengers are not able to visit one or more Dhams due to bad weather conditions/technical reasons then the company will try to visit all places within the stipulated time. Although if this is not possible then the liability of the company will be limited to refund of unutilised sector/s.
• After commencement of tour, if the aircraft has to return mid-way due to weather/force majeure conditions, guests will be charged for the flying time of the sector getting cancelled @ INR 90,000/hr plus 18% GST, over & above the additional services rendered to the guest.
• Where bad weather, technical snags or any force majeure reason beyond company control results in the cancellation of the flight being delayed or cancelled, Company will not be liable in any way for the cancelled or delayed flight. However, refunds will be given to clients as per the refunds policy. Any kind of inconvenience caused because of cancellation of flights is beyond the control of the operator. No compensation or reimbursement for accommodation, transportation, meals or any other travel expenses done by the guests shall be offered in the event of cancellation of a flight.
• New passenger(s) scheduled for departure from Dehradun on any respective travel date shall be our top priority, over the back-log passenger(s) of previous days(s).
