Kedarnath Dham, a revered religious site, has seen a huge number of visitors, with over 700,000 people arriving by June 6, as reported by the District Magistrate of Rudraprayag. The Uttarakhand government now requires all pilgrims visiting for the Chardham Yatra, which includes Kedarnath Dham, to register beforehand.
