According to the transit camp administration, only six thousand passengers could be provisionally registered against 12 thousand. Out of the remaining six thousand, about four thousand pilgrims have returned without darshan. About two and a half thousand pilgrims are still staying in the transit camp premises and Dharamshalas.

The administration has decided to keep offline registration closed till May 31. Out of the passengers staying in the transit camp, about 800 passengers have pledged to stay here till the offline registration starts. 16,953 trip cards made in Rishikesh
