Day 01: Arriving at Delhi
Our representative will receive you at Delhi airport/ railway station and assist you to the hotel pre-booked for you for checking-in. Spend the rest of the day in leisure and exploring the neighbouring regions on foot, enjoying the street food and other activities. Spend the night at the Delhi hotel.
Day 02: At Delhi
Post breakfast on day 2 you will explore the tourist spots of the National Capital which includes the ‘Akshardham’ temple in which you can opt for boat ride while watching an ‘Indian Heritage’ documentary. Post lunch you can visit the ‘Puran Qila’, the ‘Qutub Minar’, the ‘Red Fort’ and ‘India Gate’. Return to the hotel for spending the night.
Day 03: Delhi to Haridwar
Day 3 starts with breakfast after which you will be assisted for boarding the train to Haridwar. As you reach Haridwar you will be taken to the hotel that has been booked in advance, for your lodging. After checking-in you can rest for the day or opt to visit the temples of this place along with taking a dip into the waters of Ganges. Be a part of the ‘Evening Aarti’ at ‘Har-ki-Pauri’ and get back to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 04: At Haridwar
Day 4 will start with a yoga session for two hours. The breakfast served to you will also be light according to your instructor’s guidelines. Post the yoga session as well as breakfast you can leave for sightseeing. First you will start with visiting the ancient temple of ‘Daksha’, dedicated to Shiva. Then you will move on the ‘Shivlingam’ visit that is made out of mercury solidified. In the evening you will have another session of yoga after which you can stroll in the ‘Har-ki-Paudi’ for evening Aarti and then spend the night in the resort.
Day 05: Haridwar Continued
Day 5 calls for another morning yoga session. After you have your ‘yogic breakfast’ you will visit the ‘Chandi Devi’ temple that is situated on top of a hill. You can either opt for trekking up to the hill or take a ‘cable car’ ride instead. As you reach the top you will be exposed to an amazing and mesmerizing ambience overlooking the town of Haridwar. In the afternoon learn more about Ayurveda and Yoga through books and in the evening you can site for yet another session of yoga. Have your dinner and spend the night at the hotel.
Day 06: Haridwar to Rajaji National Park
Day 6 will start with another session of yoga followed by breakfast. After freshening up you can visit the Rajaji National Park for spotting wildlife species such as elephants, tigers, ghorals, deer and leopards while on your safari ride. This national park shelters more than 400 bird species if you are a bird lover. In the later part of the day you can visit the local Gujjar tribe and learn more about their lifestyle. Get back to the hotel for another session of yoga after which you will be served dinner and spend the night at the hotel.
Day 07: Haridwar Continued
In the morning of day 7 you will have one more session of yoga. After a light breakfast you will get to interact with the experts in yoga for more information on meditation and yoga. The day 7 Afternoon will be dedicated to a meeting with astrologer to help you solve your queries related to the future. In the evening you can visit the local bazaar for shopping. Dinner will be served at the hotel and spend the night in the hotel.
Day 08: Haridwar to Rishikesh
After your regular session of yoga on day 8 you will have breakfast and leave for Rishikesh by road. This place is famous for the meditation and yoga ashrams along with the temples. As you arrive here you will check-in at the camp and rest for some time. Go for a stroll in the later part of the day and then be back for dinner, bonfire and night stay.
Day 09: At Rishikesh
Day 9 in Rishikesh will start with another session of yoga and after breakfast you will go for river rafting on the Ganges River. Rishikesh rafting is considered pretty difficult. While rafting, you will be exposed to the grade 3 level of rapids along an 18 km stretch. Rest the afternoon and have dinner along with bonfire at night. Overnight enjoy stay at the camp.
Day 10: Rishikesh to Delhi
On the final day you will start for Haridwar railway station and once you reach Delhi you will be escorted by the our representative to the Delhi airport/ railway station to get back home with a healthy body and stress-free relaxed mind.

Precaution for Yatra
- Cover your head with Monkey cap or any other woolen clothes while on high altitude to avoid hill-sickness, giddiness etc. at KedarnathandYamunotri.
- Keep on drinking water to avoid dehydration.
- Trek only on hill-side, avoid trekking or standing on valley side, as pony (horse) coming from opposite direction may push you down to the valley which may cause serious casualty.
- Packaged Water is available at every place, use only packaged water or boiled water can be obtained from local tea shop during trekking.

Term and Conditions
- There is no provision of concession to children or senior citizens.
- We reserve the right to postpone the timings of flying subjected to weather, operational or technical issue.
- Weighing at the time of boarding the helicopter is a must, since the company shall not allow boarding in case the total weight exceeds the weight limitation of the helicopter. And, due to the same reason, in case of more than 01 available aircraft, we reserve the right to shuffle passengers between different groups to manage the right weight of helicopters for safe flying in the hills.
- While changing the helicopter at Kedarnath or Guptkashi/Phata/sitapur the waiting time is between 10 mins to 3 hrs. depending on Shuttle slots / weather conditions or technical reasons or ground situations.
- Rescheduling of booking to a next date will be done subject to availability and on payment of 10% of the cost. This will be permitted only if applied 7 days before journey date. In case the rescheduling is requested with less than 7 days to the journey then booking will be treated as cancelled and a fresh booking will be given subject to availability.
- If due to any reasons beyond our control like bad weather conditions, flood, Pandemic, riots, political unrest, bandhs, or any other natural or man-made misfortunes, program will have needed to be changed or extended. The additional expenditure for the same will have to be borne by the passengers directly.
- In case of charter getting cancelled due to bad weather or any other reasons on the date of your travel, the booking will not be revalidated for the next day. Refund as per the refunds/cancellations policy, with no further obligation of Company whatsoever. Any kind of inconvenience caused because of cancellation of flights is beyond the control of the operator. No compensation, reimbursement or arrangements shall be offered in the event of cancellation of a flight.
- Our company shall not be liable for any medical emergency on the ground to the party. Therefore, in your own interest, guests are hereby advised to kindly consult a doctor and get medical check-up done, before commencing the yatra. Medical check-up is mainly required if a guest has any medical suffering/condition.
- In case the journey is not finished within the stipulated time and passengers are not able to visit one or more Dhams due to bad weather conditions/technical reasons then the company will try to visit all places within the stipulated time. Although if this is not possible then the liability of the company will be limited to refund of unutilised sector/s.
- 100% refund shall be applicable in case the entire tour gets cancelled due to any Force Majeure reason, minus flight preparation charges of INR 2,500 Per Person Per Sector and any additional services provided to guests.
- Where bad weather, technical snags or any force majeure reason beyond company control results in the cancellation of the flight being delayed or cancelled, Company will not be liable in any way for the cancelled or delayed flight. However, refund will be given to clients as per the refunds policy. Any kind of inconvenience caused because of cancellation of flights is beyond the control of the operator. No compensation or reimbursement for accommodation, transportation, meals or any other travel expenses done by the guests shall be offered in the event of cancellation of a flight.
- The Company reserves the right, without assigning any reason, to cancel, advance, reschedule, over-fly or delay the commencement or continuance of the flight. Without incurring any liability in damages or otherwise to the passengers or any other person on any ground whatsoever. The Company reserves the right to refuse to carry any person whom it considers unfit for travel or what in the opinion of the company may constitute risk to the aircraft or to the persons on board.
Disputes,if any, are to be settled by Courts in Dehradun who will have the Jurisdiction in this regard
Cancellation Policies
- If the reservation is cancelled 30 days prior to the date of arrival - 90% may be refunded
- If the reservation is cancelled 15 days prior to the date of arrival - 50% of the may be refunded
- If the reservation is cancelled 07 days prior to the date of arrival - 25% of the may be refunded
- If the cancellation is any later than the above stated period or in case of 'No Show'- No Refund
- No refund or any changes will be accepted at last minute for tour starting or after starting or middle of the tour.
