Day 01: Delhi – Haridwar
Today you will embark on a scenic journey to Haridwar from Delhi. Once you arrive at Delhi Airport or railway station, our representative will welcome you and transfer you to Haridwar. You’ll board a comfortable private vehicle and embark on a picturesque drive towards Haridwar. Once you have reached Haridwar, you'll be transferred to your pre-booked hotel where you can rejuvenate and unwind after your journey. Immerse yourself in the city’s spiritual ambiance by attending the Ganga Aarti. This is a sacred ritual that takes place every day on the river Ganges banks. Witness the evening Aarti and fill your heart with tranquility and peace. If there is some time on hand you’ll visit the Mansa Devi Temple that has been built in honor of the goddess Mansa Devi. You will seek the blessings of the Goddess for a fulfilling journey ahead. Soak in the spiritual energy and take in the serene surroundings of Haridwar. After a fulfilling day, you’ll return back to your hotel and have an overnight stay.
Day 02: Haridwar – Barkot
Wake up early in the morning and embark on a hassle-free journey from Haridwar. After having a luscious breakfast you will head to Barkot via the town of Mussoorie. Along the route, you’ll prepare yourself to be captivated by the surreal vistas and breathtaking views of the Himalayan landscape. As you transverse you’ll stop by the Kempty Falls, a natural attraction known for its lush surroundings and cascading waters. Take a dip in the cool waters and bask in the serenity of the lush green surroundings. Continue your journey ahead and arrive in Barkot where you will have an overnight stay. You will complete the check-in formalities and unwind for the night. Have a tasty dinner and reflect on the adventures of the day.
Day 03: Barkot – Yamunotri – Barkot
Wake up early in the morning and head to either Janki Chatti or Phool Chatti, the starting point of the trek to Yamunotri Temple. You will have to undertake around 6 km trek to reach Yamunotri Temple from both these base points. As you undertake the trek you can appreciate the scenic beauty of the surroundings and witness the snow-capped Himalayan ranges guarding the temple from all sides. If you do not prefer trekking to the Yamunotri Temple foot you can also avail of other options like horseback rides, pony rides, and palanquins for a comfortable journey. Whatever option you select you’ll have to bear the charges on your own. Before entering the temple you’ll take a holy dip in Tapt Kund for the purification of your soul. After that, you’ll visit the Yamunotri Temple and seek the blessings of the Goddess. After the Darshan, you’ll trek back to Janki Chatti and then return to Barkot where you’ll have a soothing overnight stay.
Day 04: Barkot – Haridwar
Today you’ll have a mouth-watering breakfast at your hotel and then you will make your way to Haridwar. Once you reach Haridwar, you will check in at your pre-booked hotel and freshen up. After unwinding and relaxing you’ll head to Har Ki Pauri to experience the Ganga Aarti. If time permits, you will visit the Mansa Devi Temple and seek the Goddess's blessings. Rishikesh is known to be the Yoga capital of the world and is an absolute haven for spiritual seekers and adventure enthusiasts. Bordered by the Chandrabhaga and Ganga rivers and perched amidst the Himalayan foothills, Rishikesh is a haven for adventure lovers. Day 05: Haridwar – Delhi (6 – 7 hrs/160 km )

Precaution for Yatra
- Cover your head with Monkey cap or any other woolen clothes while on high altitude to avoid hill-sickness, giddiness etc. at KedarnathandYamunotri.
- Keep on drinking water to avoid dehydration.
- Trek only on hill-side, avoid trekking or standing on valley side, as pony (horse) coming from opposite direction may push you down to the valley which may cause serious casualty.
- Packaged Water is available at every place, use only packaged water or boiled water can be obtained from local tea shop during trekking.
Term and Conditions
- There is no provision of concession to children or senior citizens.
- We reserve the right to postpone the timings of flying subjected to weather, operational or technical issue.
- Weighing at the time of boarding the helicopter is a must, since the company shall not allow boarding in case the total weight exceeds the weight limitation of the helicopter. And, due to the same reason, in case of more than 01 available aircraft, we reserve the right to shuffle passengers between different groups to manage the right weight of helicopters for safe flying in the hills.
- While changing the helicopter at Kedarnath or Guptkashi/Phata/sitapur the waiting time is between 10 mins to 3 hrs. depending on Shuttle slots / weather conditions or technical reasons or ground situations.
- Rescheduling of booking to a next date will be done subject to availability and on payment of 10% of the cost. This will be permitted only if applied 7 days before journey date. In case the rescheduling is requested with less than 7 days to the journey then booking will be treated as cancelled and a fresh booking will be given subject to availability.
- If due to any reasons beyond our control like bad weather conditions, flood, Pandemic, riots, political unrest, bandhs, or any other natural or man-made misfortunes, program will have needed to be changed or extended. The additional expenditure for the same will have to be borne by the passengers directly.
- In case of charter getting cancelled due to bad weather or any other reasons on the date of your travel, the booking will not be revalidated for the next day. Refund as per the refunds/cancellations policy, with no further obligation of Company whatsoever. Any kind of inconvenience caused because of cancellation of flights is beyond the control of the operator. No compensation, reimbursement or arrangements shall be offered in the event of cancellation of a flight.
- Our company shall not be liable for any medical emergency on the ground to the party. Therefore, in your own interest, guests are hereby advised to kindly consult a doctor and get medical check-up done, before commencing the yatra. Medical check-up is mainly required if a guest has any medical suffering/condition.
- In case the journey is not finished within the stipulated time and passengers are not able to visit one or more Dhams due to bad weather conditions/technical reasons then the company will try to visit all places within the stipulated time. Although if this is not possible then the liability of the company will be limited to refund of unutilised sector/s.
- 100% refund shall be applicable in case the entire tour gets cancelled due to any Force Majeure reason, minus flight preparation charges of INR 2,500 Per Person Per Sector and any additional services provided to guests.
- Where bad weather, technical snags or any force majeure reason beyond company control results in the cancellation of the flight being delayed or cancelled, Company will not be liable in any way for the cancelled or delayed flight. However, refund will be given to clients as per the refunds policy. Any kind of inconvenience caused because of cancellation of flights is beyond the control of the operator. No compensation or reimbursement for accommodation, transportation, meals or any other travel expenses done by the guests shall be offered in the event of cancellation of a flight.

The Company reserves the right, without assigning any reason, to cancel, advance, reschedule, over-fly or delay the commencement or continuance of the flight. Without incurring any liability in damages or otherwise to the passengers or any other person on any ground whatsoever. The Company reserves the right to refuse to carry any person whom it considers unfit for travel or what in the opinion of the company may constitute risk to the aircraft or to the persons on board.
Disputes,if any, are to be settled by Courts in Dehradun who will have the Jurisdiction in this regard
Cancellation Policies
- If the reservation is cancelled 30 days prior to the date of arrival - 90% may be refunded
- If the reservation is cancelled 15 days prior to the date of arrival - 50% of the may be refunded
- If the reservation is cancelled 07 days prior to the date of arrival - 25% of the may be refunded
- If the cancellation is any later than the above stated period or in case of 'No Show'- No Refund
- No refund or any changes will be accepted at last minute for tour starting or after starting or middle of the tour.
