Shri Kedarnath Ji Ki Aarti

Kedarnath is an iconic Lord Shiva temple whose creation dates back to the ancient ages. Ever since its resurrection by Adi Shankara during the 8th century, Kedarnath has become a crucial pillar of the Char Dham Yatra. The temple is an icon in itself but the aarti makes it much more special. Kedarnath aarti which starts off with the chant of ‘Jai Udaar Shankar’, is extremely soulful. The aarti celebrates the divinity of lord shiva as Baba Kedar or the god who is worshipped in Kedarnath.

उदक कुंड है अधम पावन रेतस कुंज मनोहरम्,
