Day 01: Delhi - Haridwar
Arrive in Delhi to a warm welcome by our tour guide who escorts you to the waiting coach that will take you on an enjoyable 225 km ride that takes about 5 to 6 hours to cover. Check into your hotel on arrival and then join the group for the evening Ganga Aarti at Har Ki Pauri. Explore local markets and sample local cuisines before retiring for the night.
Day 02: Haridwar – Harsil
Rise early, enjoy a hearty breakfast and board the coach for the 290 km, 9-hour long drive to Harsil. On the way we stop at Uttarkashi for darshan at the temple of Lord Shiva and for a dip in the Bhagirathi. The coach proceeds to Gangnani, site of hot water sulphur springs where you can take a dip if you like. A stop is reserved for Dharali, known as the orchard village, famous for its scenic splendor. Late in the evening, we arrive at Harsil where you check into your comfortable and cozy room for the night.
Day 03: Harsil – Gangotri
After breakfast begins the momentous Yatra to Gangotri, one of the Char Dhams in Uttarakhand. Before proceeding to the temple it is customary to take a dip in the Bhagirathi and then worship Ganga Maa at the temple. After the temple worship, we visit a couple of places in the neighborhood before retiring for the night in a warmly comfortable room in a Gangotri hotel.
Day 04: Gangotri – Chirbasa – Bhojbasa Trek
This morning you fill yourself with food for you will need it for the trek to Bhojbasa via Chirbasa, a distance of 14 km that will take about 4 hours to cover. The scenery is simply magnificent and you can stop to admire beauties of the forests and the valleys down below, especially Chirbasa or the abode of pine trees. Finally, you arrive at Bhojbasa, tired but happy and stay the night in a tent.
Day 05: Bhojbasa – Gaumukh Trek
Enjoy a breakfast around a campfire and gear up for the 4 km trek to Gaumukh glacier located at a height of 3900 meters. On the way, you have a view of the Bhagirathi massifs and the Shivling. Arrive at Gaumukh and admire the view of a never-ending jet of water that will form the Bhagirathi river culminating in the Ganga. Trek 4 km back to base camp at Bhojbasa for the night stay after a delightful campfire dinner.
Day 06: Bhojbasa – Gangotri – Uttarkashi
Rise to a cool morning and enjoy breakfast. Don your woolens and shoes and set out on the 14 km trek to Gangotri across steeply winding mountainous road. From Gangotri, we board the coach for the return drive to Uttarkashi where you check into your hotel for the night.
Day 07: Uttarkashi – Haridwar
After breakfast, the coach takes you on a marvelous 177 km, 7-hour long drive to Haridwar. We stop at Chamba famed for its fruit market and you can buy fruits that are in season. On arrival at Haridwar, you check into your room and set out to explore Haridwar in the evening hours.
Day 08: Haridwar – Delhi
After breakfast, the coach takes you on the return 210 km drive to Delhi where the tour ends on arrival and you are helped by our tour guide to the airport or railway station. You return home tired but replete with experiences that will last a lifetime.

Precaution for Yatra
- Cover your head with Monkey cap or any other woolen clothes while on high altitude to avoid hill-sickness, giddiness etc. at KedarnathandYamunotri.
- Keep on drinking water to avoid dehydration.
- Trek only on hill-side, avoid trekking or standing on valley side, as pony (horse) coming from opposite direction may push you down to the valley which may cause serious casualty.
- Packaged Water is available at every place, use only packaged water or boiled water can be obtained from local tea shop during trekking.

Term and Conditions
- There is no provision of concession to children or senior citizens.
- We reserve the right to postpone the timings of flying subjected to weather, operational or technical issue.
- Weighing at the time of boarding the helicopter is a must, since the company shall not allow boarding in case the total weight exceeds the weight limitation of the helicopter. And, due to the same reason, in case of more than 01 available aircraft, we reserve the right to shuffle passengers between different groups to manage the right weight of helicopters for safe flying in the hills.
- While changing the helicopter at Kedarnath or Guptkashi/Phata/sitapur the waiting time is between 10 mins to 3 hrs. depending on Shuttle slots / weather conditions or technical reasons or ground situations.
- Rescheduling of booking to a next date will be done subject to availability and on payment of 10% of the cost. This will be permitted only if applied 7 days before journey date. In case the rescheduling is requested with less than 7 days to the journey then booking will be treated as cancelled and a fresh booking will be given subject to availability.
- If due to any reasons beyond our control like bad weather conditions, flood, Pandemic, riots, political unrest, bandhs, or any other natural or man-made misfortunes, program will have needed to be changed or extended. The additional expenditure for the same will have to be borne by the passengers directly.
- In case of charter getting cancelled due to bad weather or any other reasons on the date of your travel, the booking will not be revalidated for the next day. Refund as per the refunds/cancellations policy, with no further obligation of Company whatsoever. Any kind of inconvenience caused because of cancellation of flights is beyond the control of the operator. No compensation, reimbursement or arrangements shall be offered in the event of cancellation of a flight.
- Our company shall not be liable for any medical emergency on the ground to the party. Therefore, in your own interest, guests are hereby advised to kindly consult a doctor and get medical check-up done, before commencing the yatra. Medical check-up is mainly required if a guest has any medical suffering/condition.
- In case the journey is not finished within the stipulated time and passengers are not able to visit one or more Dhams due to bad weather conditions/technical reasons then the company will try to visit all places within the stipulated time. Although if this is not possible then the liability of the company will be limited to refund of unutilised sector/s.
- 100% refund shall be applicable in case the entire tour gets cancelled due to any Force Majeure reason, minus flight preparation charges of INR 2,500 Per Person Per Sector and any additional services provided to guests.
- Where bad weather, technical snags or any force majeure reason beyond company control results in the cancellation of the flight being delayed or cancelled, Company will not be liable in any way for the cancelled or delayed flight. However, refund will be given to clients as per the refunds policy. Any kind of inconvenience caused because of cancellation of flights is beyond the control of the operator. No compensation or reimbursement for accommodation, transportation, meals or any other travel expenses done by the guests shall be offered in the event of cancellation of a flight.
- The Company reserves the right, without assigning any reason, to cancel, advance, reschedule, over-fly or delay the commencement or continuance of the flight. Without incurring any liability in damages or otherwise to the passengers or any other person on any ground whatsoever. The Company reserves the right to refuse to carry any person whom it considers unfit for travel or what in the opinion of the company may constitute risk to the aircraft or to the persons on board.
Disputes,if any, are to be settled by Courts in Dehradun who will have the Jurisdiction in this regard
Cancellation Policies
- If the reservation is cancelled 30 days prior to the date of arrival - 90% may be refunded
- If the reservation is cancelled 15 days prior to the date of arrival - 50% of the may be refunded
- If the reservation is cancelled 07 days prior to the date of arrival - 25% of the may be refunded
- If the cancellation is any later than the above stated period or in case of 'No Show'- No Refund
- No refund or any changes will be accepted at last minute for tour starting or after starting or middle of the tour.
