Day 01: Delhi - Haridwar
Your journey to the home of Lord Vishnu in Badrinath will begin from the starting point in Delhi. You shall be greeted and assisted by our tour representative to Haridwar via a bus or a car journey.
It will be a journey of around 6 to 7 hours so when you reach this holy town which is around 20 minutes away from Rishikesh, you will be checked in to your hotel where you shall be staying for the night.
After freshening up, if you want, you can check out some local tourist places and even attend the Ganga Aarti in the evening. This is a great way of starting your holy trip to Badrinath.
Day 02: Haridwar - Pipalkoti
Pipalkoti is a holy tourist town which is located very close to Badrinath and is often used as a stopover point for people travelling to Badrinath. This leg of your journey will commence early in the morning after breakfast. It will be a road trip of around 12 hours and will take you through some of the most magnificent natural beauty of the Garhwal Himalayas. If you want, then stopping over and checking out the holy confluence points of ganga river that are known as Panch Prayag is a good idea.
On reaching Pipalkoti, you will be checked in to your hotel where you can rest and stay the night.
Day 03: Pipalkoti - Joshimath - Badrinath
Morning will begin on a positive note. This will be the day when you will be going to the holy temple of Badrinath and offering your puja to the lord. This day will start off after having a delicious breakfast for Joshimath.
This is a journey of around 1 hour by car and will be one of the most beautiful drives you may ever witness. Joshimath is another holy pilgrimage town that has a number of stay options if you are visiting Badrinath. You will be made to visit the Narsingh Temple which is also the winter seat of Lord Badri Vishal.
After this, finally you will be taken to Badrinath, where on arrival you shall be checked in to your hotel here for an overnight stay. If there is time then you can even check out places like Mana Village, Bheem Pul, Vyas and Ganesh Gufa and Vasudhara Waterfalls. If not, then maybe you can decide to attend it later on.
In the evening after freshening up, you will be attending the evening aarti ritual that takes place every evening in the temple.
Day 04: Badrinath - Srinagar
Your morning will commence in a spiritual manner. You will be taken to attend the holy morning Aarti ritual in Badri Vishal. After this iconic Darshan, you will be checked out of your hotel and be taken to Srinagar. If there is time then you can even go sightseeing to some nearby places in Badrinath which we have mentioned above.
Srinagar is a small quaint holy town which falls on the way back from Badrinath towards Rishikesh. It is situated at a distance of around 7 hours and is encapsulated amongst wonderful natural beauty.

On arriving in Srinagar you will then be made to check in to your hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 05: Srinagar - Rishikesh - Delhi
Today you will be commencing on the final leg of your trip. After breakfast you will be made to transfer to Delhi via Rishikesh. On reaching Delhi you will be dropped off at your place of departure from where you will be free to head on to your desired destination.

Precaution for Yatra
- Cover your head with Monkey cap or any other woolen clothes while on high altitude to avoid hill-sickness, giddiness etc. at KedarnathandYamunotri.
- Keep on drinking water to avoid dehydration.
- Trek only on hill-side, avoid trekking or standing on valley side, as pony (horse) coming from opposite direction may push you down to the valley which may cause serious casualty.
- Packaged Water is available at every place, use only packaged water or boiled water can be obtained from local tea shop during trekking.

Term and Conditions
- There is no provision of concession to children or senior citizens.
- We reserve the right to postpone the timings of flying subjected to weather, operational or technical issue.
- Weighing at the time of boarding the helicopter is a must, since the company shall not allow boarding in case the total weight exceeds the weight limitation of the helicopter. And, due to the same reason, in case of more than 01 available aircraft, we reserve the right to shuffle passengers between different groups to manage the right weight of helicopters for safe flying in the hills.
- While changing the helicopter at Kedarnath or Guptkashi/Phata/sitapur the waiting time is between 10 mins to 3 hrs. depending on Shuttle slots / weather conditions or technical reasons or ground situations.
- Rescheduling of booking to a next date will be done subject to availability and on payment of 10% of the cost. This will be permitted only if applied 7 days before journey date. In case the rescheduling is requested with less than 7 days to the journey then booking will be treated as cancelled and a fresh booking will be given subject to availability.
- If due to any reasons beyond our control like bad weather conditions, flood, Pandemic, riots, political unrest, bandhs, or any other natural or man-made misfortunes, program will have needed to be changed or extended. The additional expenditure for the same will have to be borne by the passengers directly.
- In case of charter getting cancelled due to bad weather or any other reasons on the date of your travel, the booking will not be revalidated for the next day. Refund as per the refunds/cancellations policy, with no further obligation of Company whatsoever. Any kind of inconvenience caused because of cancellation of flights is beyond the control of the operator. No compensation, reimbursement or arrangements shall be offered in the event of cancellation of a flight.
- Our company shall not be liable for any medical emergency on the ground to the party. Therefore, in your own interest, guests are hereby advised to kindly consult a doctor and get medical check-up done, before commencing the yatra. Medical check-up is mainly required if a guest has any medical suffering/condition.
- In case the journey is not finished within the stipulated time and passengers are not able to visit one or more Dhams due to bad weather conditions/technical reasons then the company will try to visit all places within the stipulated time. Although if this is not possible then the liability of the company will be limited to refund of unutilised sector/s.
- 100% refund shall be applicable in case the entire tour gets cancelled due to any Force Majeure reason, minus flight preparation charges of INR 2,500 Per Person Per Sector and any additional services provided to guests.
- Where bad weather, technical snags or any force majeure reason beyond company control results in the cancellation of the flight being delayed or cancelled, Company will not be liable in any way for the cancelled or delayed flight. However, refund will be given to clients as per the refunds policy. Any kind of inconvenience caused because of cancellation of flights is beyond the control of the operator. No compensation or reimbursement for accommodation, transportation, meals or any other travel expenses done by the guests shall be offered in the event of cancellation of a flight.
- The Company reserves the right, without assigning any reason, to cancel, advance, reschedule, over-fly or delay the commencement or continuance of the flight. Without incurring any liability in damages or otherwise to the passengers or any other person on any ground whatsoever. The Company reserves the right to refuse to carry any person whom it considers unfit for travel or what in the opinion of the company may constitute risk to the aircraft or to the persons on board.
Disputes,if any, are to be settled by Courts in Dehradun who will have the Jurisdiction in this regard
Cancellation Policies
- If the reservation is cancelled 30 days prior to the date of arrival - 90% may be refunded
- If the reservation is cancelled 15 days prior to the date of arrival - 50% of the may be refunded
- If the reservation is cancelled 07 days prior to the date of arrival - 25% of the may be refunded
- If the cancellation is any later than the above stated period or in case of 'No Show'- No Refund
- No refund or any changes will be accepted at last minute for tour starting or after starting or middle of the tour.

Ans.Yes, the VIP darshan tickets are available in All temples.
Q2.What kind of clothing should I be bring?
Ans.There are no strict regulations for clothing to visit the Temple as such. Being a place of worship, you should dress up decently and comfortably. you can wear anything you wish. Summer Months May and June, it is sunny and the weather remains quite pleasant, you can wear light clothes. However due to high altitude the climate is unpredictable and changes abruptly from sunny weather to heavy rain which suddenly makes the weather cold and freezing. make sure to carry waterproof raincoat and pants along with good quality of woollen socks, gloves and warm cap.
Q3.Type of Food?
Ans.You will get pure Vegetarian Meals during yatra (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner)
Q4.What kind of accommodation will be provided at places?
Ans.Accommodation will be provided depending on your package. We make sure that every passenger stays in comfort. however, the idea of comfort on these remote parts of the Himalayas is very different and basic. You should not expect a high end 5-star property because most of these hotels on high altitude regions remain closed off for 6 months and opens up only when the yatra begins. the hotels that we will offer will be the best in this situation.
Q5.Age Limit for Yatris?
Ans.There is no fixed age limit for Char Dham Yatris. As the yatra will pass through high altitudes, therefore preferred age bracket is between 7-75.
Ladies who are more than 6 weeks pregnant shall not allowed to undertake this yatra
Q6.Will there be a guide with us throughout the Yatra?
Ans.There will not be a guide because there is no need for it. all the necessary assistance will be given by us and the base managers present at the helipad. this includes guiding you through the briefing process and timely transfers to your next destination.
Q7.What is procedure of refund and how much time it take
Ans.Any refund against a payment received through a Credit Card, will be made on the same credit card only. Please note that the refund process may take 2 to 8 weeks due to banking procedures.
