Day 01: Mumbai – Delhi
Alight on the flight from Mumbai to Delhi. Alternatively, one can reach Delhi via train too. We will gladly welcome you to dilwalo ka shahar, the very Dilli aka Delhi at the Airport/Railway station. You will be ushered into the hotel for overnight stay.
Day 02: Delhi – Haridwar (230 Km/6 hr)
It is on the second day that Chardham Yatra from Mumbai schedule begins its journey towards Char Dham shrines. After a delightful breakfast, we will drive towards Haridwar. As per some, Haridwar is the gateway to Hari while others consider it as the gateway to Har (lord Shiva). Well, one thing is undebatable, everything in this Sapt Puri reeks of a certain spiritual essence. In fact, the pilgrimage town contains five pilgrimage shrines (panch tirth) within its geographical boundaries. Its major attraction is the holy river Ganga revered by millions of Indians as the holy Mother who washes away everyone’ sins. Do not forget to take the holy dip at ‘Har ki Pauri’ and enjoy its blissful Aarti at dusk. One can even enjoy a quick Darshan of Mansa Devi and Chandi Devi at their respective temples perched upon adjacent peaks using cable ropeway/Udan Khatola.
Day 03: Haridwar – Barkot (188 km 6 hrs)
We will begin an early trip to Barkot. The meandering trails would take you through the famous hills stations of Dehradun and Mussoorie. And you definitely cannot afford to be mesmerized by the enchanting beauty of Kempty falls that falls along the path in Mussoorie. Once you arrive at Barkot, let the day unwind in peace at the reserved hotel.
Day 04: Barkot – Yamunotri – Barkot (46 km drive /6 km trek)
We will leave towards Janki Chatti crossing Hanuman Chatti and Phool Chatti on the way. The uphill 6 km trek to Yamunotri shrine begins from Janki Chatti. Once you are in Yamunotri, get the Prasad boiled in the hot waters of Surya Kund, wash your fatigue away at the tepid waters of Gauri Kund and perform Pooja at the shrine. Begin your return trek towards Jankichatti by afternoon so as to reach Janki chatty before it gets dark. Our driver will meet you downhill and shift you back to the hotel in Barkot.
Hanuman Chatti: This is where River Yamuna merges with Hanuman Ganga.
Yamunotri: Its historical dates go back to the nineteenth century and Jaipur’s Maharani Guleria is credited with its construction. The temple has been ravaged and rebuilt many a time, owing to the frequent occurrence of floods and landslides in the region.
Surya Kund: Named after the father of River Yamuna, Sun God Surya Himself, the water at the spring is so hot that cooking potatoes and rice in it is considered an auspicious ritual.
Divya Shila: A revered pillar of rock one is supposed to pray before one enters the Yamunotri shrine.
Day 05: Barkot – Uttarkashi (Drive 62 km, 2.5 hours)
We will leave for Uttarkashi, Kashi of the North, early in the morning. We will have you visit Prakateswar Cave on the route. Upon arrival at Uttarkashi, you will be checked in to the hotel. Do not forget to visit Viswanath Temple in the evening. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Uttarkashi: This beautiful town is located on the banks of Bhagirathi river. While here, pay obeisance at Kashi Viswanath Temple and the neighboring Shakti temple which worships a gigantic trident as the embodiment of Maa Herself. Uttarkashi acts as one’s base camp to move towards Gangotri shrine.
Day 06: Uttarkashi – Gangotri – Uttarkashi (100 km one way, 3.5 hrs)
We will begin our drive towards Gangotri early in the morning. The river’s major tributary Bhagirathi originates from this region. Pay obeisance to Maa Ganga at her sacred shrine near her actual geographical origin, and let our driver drive you back to Uttarkashi where you rest and rejuvenate at the Hotel.
Day 07: Uttarkashi – Guptkashi (223 km drive, 7-8 hrs)
Our driver will drive you to Guptkashi, halting at the very famous Tehri Dam in between. On arrival at Guptkashi, one may check in to the hotel. But ohh yes!!! One should pay visit to the famous temples in the region during the evening – Ardhnarishwar Temple, Kashi Vishwanath Temple.
Guptakashi: The beautiful town of Guptkashi is situated along the banks of Mandakini River. Its majestic Chaukhamba peak is a major tourist attraction. Guptkashi houses its famous Viswanath Temple dedicated to Lord Shiva and Ardhnarishwar Temple devoted to Ardhnarishwar, androgynous form of Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati.
Day 08: Guptakashi – Kedarnath (32 km drive, 16 km trek)
We will drive early to Gaurikund. It is from Gaurikund that the trek towards Kedarnath begins. May Lord Shiva’s grace ease the perils of the uphill 16 km trek. One can also hire pony/palki to make it easier. Once you are at the temple, enjoy the blissful Darshan of Shri Kedarnath. We are sure the spiritual rejuvenation you experience at the temple will be worth it. Trek down to Gaurikund, where our driver will duly take you back to the hotel.
Kedarnath: The historical roots of the temple have been traced to the eighth century and its enshrinement is credited to Adi Shankaracharya. It is said that Lord Shiva has promised to dwell in its Jyotirlinga eternally as the ‘Lord of Kedar Khand’.
Day 09: Gaurikund – Pipalkoti (about 150 km drive)
We will leave towards Pipalkoti and stay in at the reserved hotel for overnight stay.
Pipalkoti: The beautiful town of Pipalkoti is the ideal place for rejuvenation before one move towards Lord Badrinarayan’s Darshan. In fact, the town acts an ideal stopover for tourists treading towards the valley of flowers and Hemkund sahib. Enjoy its green mountains and enchanting snow-capped mountains.
Day 10: Pipalkoti – Badrinath (78 km)
We will leave early to perform pooja at Badrinath Temple. On the route, enjoy Darshan of Narsingh Temple and Adi Shankaracharya Samadhi at Joshimath. Badrinath has so much to offer apart from its central temple. These include Vyas Gufa, Bheem Pul, and River Saraswati. Enjoy your overnight stay at the hotel.
Tapt Kund: Devotees bathe at this natural hot water spring along the banks of Alaknanda River before they visit the abode of Lord Badrinarayan.
Narad Kund: It is believed that the present idol of Lord Badrinarayan was procured by Adi Shankaracharya at this very pool.
Mata Murthy Temple: This temple is devoted to Sri Badrinarayan’s Mother.
Bhim Pul: Legends cite that Bhim placed this huge boulder across River Saraswati’s mighty stream to assist in Draupadi to cross it over.
Vyas Gufa: This is the cave in which Ved Vyas is believed to have penned down Mahabharata.
Mana village: This village is known as the last Indian village before one enters Tibetan territory. In fact, Vyas Gufa and Bhim Pul are located inside the village.
Day 11: Badrinath – Srinagar (188 Km - 6 hrs)
Enjoy the bliss of Badrinarayan’s Darshan once more. We will be driven to Rudraprayag enjoying the views of Joshimath, Karnaprayag and Chamoli. Check into the hotel for overnight stay.
Day 12: Srinagar – Rishikesh (108 km, 3 hrs)
On the twelfth day, we will drive to Rishikesh. We will definitely have you soak in the magic of the confluence of Alaknanda and Bhagirathi in Devprayag. After all, this is the site from which the River becomes Ganga. After arrival at Rishikesh, you will be ushered into the hotel.
Rishikesh: The city of Rishikesh is at a distance of 24 km from Haridwar. The city is magical with Ganga flowing across it and majestic Himalayan peaks engulfing it on all sides. It is called as ‘yoga capital of the world’. The place has been sought by seers and saints throughout history as their ideal seat to engage in meditation.
Day 13: Rishikesh – Haridwar – Delhi – Mumbai (234 km/6-7 hrs)
On the final day, you will you driven back to Delhi. After having enjoyed a spiritually fruitful and rejuvenating trip, our hearts would be full and minds serene. Precaution for Yatra
- Cover your head with Monkey cap or any other woolen clothes while on high altitude to avoid hill-sickness, giddiness etc. at KedarnathandYamunotri.
- Keep on drinking water to avoid dehydration.
- Trek only on hill-side, avoid trekking or standing on valley side, as pony (horse) coming from opposite direction may push you down to the valley which may cause serious casualty.
- Packaged Water is available at every place, use only packaged water or boiled water can be obtained from local tea shop during trekking.

Term and Conditions
- There is no provision of concession to children or senior citizens.
- We reserve the right to postpone the timings of flying subjected to weather, operational or technical issue.
- Weighing at the time of boarding the helicopter is a must, since the company shall not allow boarding in case the total weight exceeds the weight limitation of the helicopter. And, due to the same reason, in case of more than 01 available aircraft, we reserve the right to shuffle passengers between different groups to manage the right weight of helicopters for safe flying in the hills.
- While changing the helicopter at Kedarnath or Guptkashi/Phata/sitapur the waiting time is between 10 mins to 3 hrs. depending on Shuttle slots / weather conditions or technical reasons or ground situations.
- Rescheduling of booking to a next date will be done subject to availability and on payment of 10% of the cost. This will be permitted only if applied 7 days before journey date. In case the rescheduling is requested with less than 7 days to the journey then booking will be treated as cancelled and a fresh booking will be given subject to availability.
- If due to any reasons beyond our control like bad weather conditions, flood, Pandemic, riots, political unrest, bandhs, or any other natural or man-made misfortunes, program will have needed to be changed or extended. The additional expenditure for the same will have to be borne by the passengers directly.
- In case of charter getting cancelled due to bad weather or any other reasons on the date of your travel, the booking will not be revalidated for the next day. Refund as per the refunds/cancellations policy, with no further obligation of Company whatsoever. Any kind of inconvenience caused because of cancellation of flights is beyond the control of the operator. No compensation, reimbursement or arrangements shall be offered in the event of cancellation of a flight.
- Our company shall not be liable for any medical emergency on the ground to the party. Therefore, in your own interest, guests are hereby advised to kindly consult a doctor and get medical check-up done, before commencing the yatra. Medical check-up is mainly required if a guest has any medical suffering/condition.
- In case the journey is not finished within the stipulated time and passengers are not able to visit one or more Dhams due to bad weather conditions/technical reasons then the company will try to visit all places within the stipulated time. Although if this is not possible then the liability of the company will be limited to refund of unutilised sector/s.
- 100% refund shall be applicable in case the entire tour gets cancelled due to any Force Majeure reason, minus flight preparation charges of INR 2,500 Per Person Per Sector and any additional services provided to guests.
- Where bad weather, technical snags or any force majeure reason beyond company control results in the cancellation of the flight being delayed or cancelled, Company will not be liable in any way for the cancelled or delayed flight. However, refund will be given to clients as per the refunds policy. Any kind of inconvenience caused because of cancellation of flights is beyond the control of the operator. No compensation or reimbursement for accommodation, transportation, meals or any other travel expenses done by the guests shall be offered in the event of cancellation of a flight.
- The Company reserves the right, without assigning any reason, to cancel, advance, reschedule, over-fly or delay the commencement or continuance of the flight. Without incurring any liability in damages or otherwise to the passengers or any other person on any ground whatsoever. The Company reserves the right to refuse to carry any person whom it considers unfit for travel or what in the opinion of the company may constitute risk to the aircraft or to the persons on board.
Disputes,if any, are to be settled by Courts in Dehradun who will have the Jurisdiction in this regard
Cancellation Policies
- If the reservation is cancelled 30 days prior to the date of arrival - 90% may be refunded
- If the reservation is cancelled 15 days prior to the date of arrival - 50% of the may be refunded
- If the reservation is cancelled 07 days prior to the date of arrival - 25% of the may be refunded
- If the cancellation is any later than the above stated period or in case of 'No Show'- No Refund
- No refund or any changes will be accepted at last minute for tour starting or after starting or middle of the tour.
