Prayag represent the confluence of two or more mighty rivers have a significant place in Uttarakhand.Panch Prayag are 5 Prayagswhere 5 rivers – Bhagirathi, Mandakini, Pindar, Nandakini and Dhauliganga meet the river Alaknanda. These 5 Prayags stand for worship and rituals. The confluence of most sacred rivers, is considered the epitome of immortal piety.
River confluences in India are considered very scared because from ancient time river is a mother of any rich civilization and nourishing their life so river are considered as mother and worship as a goddess in India. It is here that propitiatory and cleansing ceremonies are performed as part of the tenets of Hindu religion. Five Prayags are Vishnu Prayag, Nand Prayag, Karna Prayag, Rudra Prayag and Devprayag.

Day 01: Delhi – Rishikesh
The morning after breakfast, drive to Rishikesh. On arrival in Rishikesh check into hotel. Later visit historically renowned bridge Laxman Jhoola that is 450 ft long & built in the year 1939, Various temples, Ashrams & Ram Jhoola another suspended bridge between Shivanand Ashram and Sawarg Ashram, Triveni Ghat and other temples of Rishikesh. Overnight in Rishikesh.
Day 02: Rishikesh – Devprayag
After breakfast, your Yatra start to Devprayag is one of the most prominent place among all 5 Prayags. It is the place where Bhagirathi (originating from Gaumukh near Gangotri) meets Alaknanda (originating from Alkapuri near Badrinath) and becomes Ganga. The Sangam (confluence) attracts lot many pilgrims, it is believed that by taking bath in the Sangam sins get absolved. Later visit ancient Raghunath temple. Evening free to scroll local market of Devprayag. Overnight stay in Devprayag.
Day 03: Devprayag – Rudraprayag
Today morning after breakfast drive to Rudraprayag is located at the confluence of Mandakini and Alaknanda rivers. Koteshwar temple near Rudraprayag is located inside a cave and is a favourite destination of lord Shiva devotees. Rest of the evening is at leisure. Overnight stay in Rudraprayag.
Day 04: Rudraprayag – Karanprayag
After breakfast start to Karnaprayag is located at the confluence of Alaknanda and Pindar rivers. It is a growth centre with a small industrial area nearby at Shimli. Very famous Uma and Karna temples are located at Karnaprayag. Evening free at leisure. Overnight stay in Karnaprayag.
Day 05: Karanprayag – Nandprayag
This morning after breakfast drive to Nandprayag is situated at the confluence of river Alaknanda and Nandakini (originates from a glacier near Nanda Devi mountain) . Gangeshwar and Chandrika Ma temples are situated at Nandprayag. Evening free at leisure. Overnight stay in Nandprayag.
Day 06: Nandprayag – Vishnuprayag
Today morning after breakfast drive to Vishnuprayag is the fifth Prayag and the first one on the river Alaknanda. Dhauliganga originating from Niti valley meets Alaknanda here. Evening free for your own activities. Overnight stay in Joshimath.
Day 07: Joshimath – Haridwar
Today early morning drive to Haridwar. One of the holiest Hindu pilgrim sites on the banks of the sacred river Ganga, Haridwar is a bustling town with crowded markets, a multitude of temples, ashrams and ghats overflowing with pilgrims desirous of attaining a measure of salvation – in this life or in the next one. On arrival in Haridwar check into the Hotel & relax. Overnight stay in Haridwar.
Day 08: Haridwar – Delhi
Today morning take a holy bath in The Ganges drive back to Delhi. Here your tour ends with happy memories as you drop to Delhi airport/railway station for your onward destination.

Precaution for Yatra
- Cover your head with Monkey cap or any other woolen clothes while on high altitude to avoid hill-sickness, giddiness etc. at KedarnathandYamunotri.
- Keep on drinking water to avoid dehydration.
- Trek only on hill-side, avoid trekking or standing on valley side, as pony (horse) coming from opposite direction may push you down to the valley which may cause serious casualty.
- Packaged Water is available at every place, use only packaged water or boiled water can be obtained from local tea shop during trekking.

Term and Conditions
- There is no provision of concession to children or senior citizens.
- We reserve the right to postpone the timings of flying subjected to weather, operational or technical issue.
- Weighing at the time of boarding the helicopter is a must, since the company shall not allow boarding in case the total weight exceeds the weight limitation of the helicopter. And, due to the same reason, in case of more than 01 available aircraft, we reserve the right to shuffle passengers between different groups to manage the right weight of helicopters for safe flying in the hills.
- While changing the helicopter at Kedarnath or Guptkashi/Phata/sitapur the waiting time is between 10 mins to 3 hrs. depending on Shuttle slots / weather conditions or technical reasons or ground situations.
- Rescheduling of booking to a next date will be done subject to availability and on payment of 10% of the cost. This will be permitted only if applied 7 days before journey date. In case the rescheduling is requested with less than 7 days to the journey then booking will be treated as cancelled and a fresh booking will be given subject to availability.
- If due to any reasons beyond our control like bad weather conditions, flood, Pandemic, riots, political unrest, bandhs, or any other natural or man-made misfortunes, program will have needed to be changed or extended. The additional expenditure for the same will have to be borne by the passengers directly.
- In case of charter getting cancelled due to bad weather or any other reasons on the date of your travel, the booking will not be revalidated for the next day. Refund as per the refunds/cancellations policy, with no further obligation of Company whatsoever. Any kind of inconvenience caused because of cancellation of flights is beyond the control of the operator. No compensation, reimbursement or arrangements shall be offered in the event of cancellation of a flight.
- Our company shall not be liable for any medical emergency on the ground to the party. Therefore, in your own interest, guests are hereby advised to kindly consult a doctor and get medical check-up done, before commencing the yatra. Medical check-up is mainly required if a guest has any medical suffering/condition.
- In case the journey is not finished within the stipulated time and passengers are not able to visit one or more Dhams due to bad weather conditions/technical reasons then the company will try to visit all places within the stipulated time. Although if this is not possible then the liability of the company will be limited to refund of unutilised sector/s.
- 100% refund shall be applicable in case the entire tour gets cancelled due to any Force Majeure reason, minus flight preparation charges of INR 2,500 Per Person Per Sector and any additional services provided to guests.
- Where bad weather, technical snags or any force majeure reason beyond company control results in the cancellation of the flight being delayed or cancelled, Company will not be liable in any way for the cancelled or delayed flight. However, refund will be given to clients as per the refunds policy. Any kind of inconvenience caused because of cancellation of flights is beyond the control of the operator. No compensation or reimbursement for accommodation, transportation, meals or any other travel expenses done by the guests shall be offered in the event of cancellation of a flight.
- The Company reserves the right, without assigning any reason, to cancel, advance, reschedule, over-fly or delay the commencement or continuance of the flight. Without incurring any liability in damages or otherwise to the passengers or any other person on any ground whatsoever. The Company reserves the right to refuse to carry any person whom it considers unfit for travel or what in the opinion of the company may constitute risk to the aircraft or to the persons on board.
Disputes,if any, are to be settled by Courts in Dehradun who will have the Jurisdiction in this regard
Cancellation Policies
- If the reservation is cancelled 30 days prior to the date of arrival - 90% may be refunded
- If the reservation is cancelled 15 days prior to the date of arrival - 50% of the may be refunded
- If the reservation is cancelled 07 days prior to the date of arrival - 25% of the may be refunded
- If the cancellation is any later than the above stated period or in case of 'No Show'- No Refund
- No refund or any changes will be accepted at last minute for tour starting or after starting or middle of the tour.
