Day 01: Delhi – Haridwar
Upon your arrival at the country’s capital, Delhi you’ll be greeted by our tour representative at the New Delhi railway station/airport who then drives you tothe holy city of Haridwar, commonly referred to as ‘gateway to God’s abode’. On reaching check into the hotel and later towards the evening visit the crowded and auspicious ‘Har-ki-Pauri’ Ghat to visualize the enchanting Ganga Aarti. Back to hotel for dinner and night stay
Day 02: Haridwar – Pipalkoti
Next morning post breakfast, we leave for Pipalkoti, a picturesque small Himalayan hamlet nestled at an altitude of 1260mts above the sea level. The town of Pipalkoti serves as a relaxing stop-over for pilgrims and tourists on their way to locations like Hemkund Sahib and Valley of Flowers. On reaching Pipalkoti check into the hotel for dinner and night stay
Day 03: Pipalkoti – Govindghat – Ghangharia
Next day early morning, we hit the road for Govindghat from where we trek towards Ghangaria covering a distance of 14kms. Govindghat is a scenic hamlet standing at the meeting points of two rivers; the gushing Laxman Ganga and the sublime Alaknanda. FromGovindghatwe embark on our trek towards Ghangaria. This is indeed a memorable trek route as it takes you through many pine groves, offering at the same time, magnificent views of the Himalayas. All through your trek, the River Laxman Ganga accompanies you. Towards late afternoon, we reach Ghangaria. Ghangaria marks the last of all human habitats in the vale. We put up at Ghangaria hotel/lodge for dinner and night stay.
Day 04: Ghangaria – Hemkund Sahib – Ghangaria
Next day early morning we set out for our trek towards Hemkund Sahib. Hemkund is a well known high altitude Himalayan lake. It is considered to be a sacred lake for the followers of Hinduism as well as Sikhism. The crystal clear lake waters beautifully mirror the surrounding mountainous vistas. Along the lakeside stands Gurudwara Hemkund Sahib and small temple belonging to Lakshmana, brother of Lord Rama. Guru Govind Singh, the tenth Sikh Guru is said to have acquired his spiritual nirvana at the site of Hemkund Sahib during his past life. Also, Lakshmana is said to have undertaken austere penance sitting on the banks of Hemkund Lake. Post Darshan at Hemkund Sahib we trek our way back to Ghangaria and check into the hotel for dinner and night stay.
Day 05: Ghangaria – Valley of Flower – Ghangaria
Next day early morning we set out on our Valley of Flowers trek. The first half of this trek makes you walk a trail passing through dense woods and River Pushpawati happens to be your companion on the way. The second half of this trek makes you pass through meadows until you reach the enchanting Valley of Flowers. Valley of Flowers presents you with scores of vibrantly colored Alpine flowers that are too rare to be visualized elsewhere on earth. The riot of colors that these full bloomed flowers create is indeed worth capturing in camera. Post Valley of Flower visit, we trek our way back to Ghangaria and retire to hotel for dinner and night stay.
Day 06: Ghangaria – Govindghat – Pipalkoti
Next morning we trek back to Govindghat and then proceed towards Pipalkoti by cab. En route we visit Joshimath where we make a Darshan of Narasimha Temple and Shankaracharya Temple. After Joshimath sightseeing, we head for Pipalkoti straight away. On reaching we check into the hotel for dinner and night stay.
Day 07: Pipalkoti – Haridwar
Next morning we retrace our way back to Haridwar. En route we visitDevprayagandRishikesh. At Devprayag River Bhagirathi joins River Alaknanda to form the stream of holy Ganges. At Rishikesh, also often referred to as the country’s ‘Yoga Capital’, we visit several ashrams and places like Ram jhula, Laxman Jhula, Geeta Bhavan etc. Post Rishikesh sightseeing we head straight for Haridwar. On reaching we check into the hotel for dinner and night stay.
Day 08: Haridwar – Delhi
Next morning we drive back to Delhi and on reaching you are transferred to New Delhi railway station/airport where our representative sees you off and you proceed for your onward journey back home, taking back with you some lifetime memories of the tour.

Precaution for Yatra
- Cover your head with Monkey cap or any other woolen clothes while on high altitude to avoid hill-sickness, giddiness etc. at KedarnathandYamunotri.
- Keep on drinking water to avoid dehydration.
- Trek only on hill-side, avoid trekking or standing on valley side, as pony (horse) coming from opposite direction may push you down to the valley which may cause serious casualty.
- Packaged Water is available at every place, use only packaged water or boiled water can be obtained from local tea shop during trekking.

Term and Conditions
- There is no provision of concession to children or senior citizens.
- We reserve the right to postpone the timings of flying subjected to weather, operational or technical issue.
- Weighing at the time of boarding the helicopter is a must, since the company shall not allow boarding in case the total weight exceeds the weight limitation of the helicopter. And, due to the same reason, in case of more than 01 available aircraft, we reserve the right to shuffle passengers between different groups to manage the right weight of helicopters for safe flying in the hills.
- While changing the helicopter at Kedarnath or Guptkashi/Phata/sitapur the waiting time is between 10 mins to 3 hrs. depending on Shuttle slots / weather conditions or technical reasons or ground situations.
- Rescheduling of booking to a next date will be done subject to availability and on payment of 10% of the cost. This will be permitted only if applied 7 days before journey date. In case the rescheduling is requested with less than 7 days to the journey then booking will be treated as cancelled and a fresh booking will be given subject to availability.
- If due to any reasons beyond our control like bad weather conditions, flood, Pandemic, riots, political unrest, bandhs, or any other natural or man-made misfortunes, program will have needed to be changed or extended. The additional expenditure for the same will have to be borne by the passengers directly.
- In case of charter getting cancelled due to bad weather or any other reasons on the date of your travel, the booking will not be revalidated for the next day. Refund as per the refunds/cancellations policy, with no further obligation of Company whatsoever. Any kind of inconvenience caused because of cancellation of flights is beyond the control of the operator. No compensation, reimbursement or arrangements shall be offered in the event of cancellation of a flight.
- Our company shall not be liable for any medical emergency on the ground to the party. Therefore, in your own interest, guests are hereby advised to kindly consult a doctor and get medical check-up done, before commencing the yatra. Medical check-up is mainly required if a guest has any medical suffering/condition.
- In case the journey is not finished within the stipulated time and passengers are not able to visit one or more Dhams due to bad weather conditions/technical reasons then the company will try to visit all places within the stipulated time. Although if this is not possible then the liability of the company will be limited to refund of unutilised sector/s.
- 100% refund shall be applicable in case the entire tour gets cancelled due to any Force Majeure reason, minus flight preparation charges of INR 2,500 Per Person Per Sector and any additional services provided to guests.
- Where bad weather, technical snags or any force majeure reason beyond company control results in the cancellation of the flight being delayed or cancelled, Company will not be liable in any way for the cancelled or delayed flight. However, refund will be given to clients as per the refunds policy. Any kind of inconvenience caused because of cancellation of flights is beyond the control of the operator. No compensation or reimbursement for accommodation, transportation, meals or any other travel expenses done by the guests shall be offered in the event of cancellation of a flight.
- The Company reserves the right, without assigning any reason, to cancel, advance, reschedule, over-fly or delay the commencement or continuance of the flight. Without incurring any liability in damages or otherwise to the passengers or any other person on any ground whatsoever. The Company reserves the right to refuse to carry any person whom it considers unfit for travel or what in the opinion of the company may constitute risk to the aircraft or to the persons on board.
Disputes,if any, are to be settled by Courts in Dehradun who will have the Jurisdiction in this regard
Cancellation Policies
- If the reservation is cancelled 30 days prior to the date of arrival - 90% may be refunded
- If the reservation is cancelled 15 days prior to the date of arrival - 50% of the may be refunded
- If the reservation is cancelled 07 days prior to the date of arrival - 25% of the may be refunded
- If the cancellation is any later than the above stated period or in case of 'No Show'- No Refund
- No refund or any changes will be accepted at last minute for tour starting or after starting or middle of the tour.
