Day 01: Delhi – Haridwar
Arrive to a warm welcome by our tour guide who escorts you to the waiting luxury coach for the drive to Haridwar over scenic landscape that keeps you enthralled. Haridwar is one of the holiest cities for Hindus and means “Gateway to the Lord”. Haridwar is the point from where the holy Ganges enters the plains. Bathing in the Ganges here rids you of post sins and frees you from the cycle of Karma. Once in Haridwar you check into your hotel room and freshen up. Later we set out to visit the holy Ganges and the temples alongside its banks. Our visit today includes a visit to the Chandi Devi temple, Mansa Devi temple, Pawan Dham temple, Vaishno Devi temple, Doodhadhari Temple and Bharat Mata Mandir. Rest in the afternoon and in the evening we set out again to view devotees bathing in the Ganges along the Ghats and also the beautiful evening Aarti at Har Ki Pauri, the holiest of ghats in Haridwar.
Day 02: Haridwar – Dehradun – Mussoorie
Early next morning you have a hearty breakfast and board the waiting coach that will take you to Mussoorie, the queen of hill stations in Uttarakhand. Dehradun is located conveniently on the route where we stop for some sightseeing and lunch. On arrival at Mussoorie you check into your hotel and set out to explore this enchanting resort located at height of 2000 metres. From a vantage point you have a lovely spread of the Doon Valley in front of you and the Shivaliks present an impressive vista. Later, we go on a short trip to the Mussoorie Lake, so popular with locals and tourists and take a short boat ride on its calm waters. Next is the Municipal garden after which we have a brief dekko in the LBS National Academy of Administration. Late in the afternoon everyone goes off to Kempty Falls, the most picturesquely charming picnic spot, a feast for the soul. The evening is free for you to take a leisurely stroll along the Mall and sample local cuisine as well as buy souvenirs of your trip.
Day 03: Mussoorie – Dehradun – Rishikesh
Today you enjoy a lovely breakfast before boarding the waiting coach that takes you on an ethereal morning drive to Rishikesh, another holy city for Hindus. On the way we stop at Dehradun for lunch and admire the scenic beauties of the landscape as the coach proceeds on winding roads. Arrive in Rishikesh in the late afternoon and check into your hotel. Rishikesh is the city of Ashrams besides having a holy significance. Lord Rama did penance for killing Ravana, a Brahmin and Laxman is said to have built a bridge, the Laxman Jhula. Visit this bridge, Sivananda Ashram, Parmarth Niketan and Ramjhula and then have some rest. Attend the evening Aarti on the banks of the Ganges and spend time exploring the bylanes before retiring for the night.
Day 04: Rishikesh – Haridwar – Delhi
Breakfast over you board the waiting coach that will take you back to Haridwar where the tour ends as you board the train for your return journey home.

Precaution for Yatra
- Cover your head with Monkey cap or any other woolen clothes while on high altitude to avoid hill-sickness, giddiness etc. at KedarnathandYamunotri.
- Keep on drinking water to avoid dehydration.
- Trek only on hill-side, avoid trekking or standing on valley side, as pony (horse) coming from opposite direction may push you down to the valley which may cause serious casualty.
- Packaged Water is available at every place, use only packaged water or boiled water can be obtained from local tea shop during trekking.

Term and Conditions
- There is no provision of concession to children or senior citizens.
- We reserve the right to postpone the timings of flying subjected to weather, operational or technical issue.
- Weighing at the time of boarding the helicopter is a must, since the company shall not allow boarding in case the total weight exceeds the weight limitation of the helicopter. And, due to the same reason, in case of more than 01 available aircraft, we reserve the right to shuffle passengers between different groups to manage the right weight of helicopters for safe flying in the hills.
- While changing the helicopter at Kedarnath or Guptkashi/Phata/sitapur the waiting time is between 10 mins to 3 hrs. depending on Shuttle slots / weather conditions or technical reasons or ground situations.
- Rescheduling of booking to a next date will be done subject to availability and on payment of 10% of the cost. This will be permitted only if applied 7 days before journey date. In case the rescheduling is requested with less than 7 days to the journey then booking will be treated as cancelled and a fresh booking will be given subject to availability.
- If due to any reasons beyond our control like bad weather conditions, flood, Pandemic, riots, political unrest, bandhs, or any other natural or man-made misfortunes, program will have needed to be changed or extended. The additional expenditure for the same will have to be borne by the passengers directly.
- In case of charter getting cancelled due to bad weather or any other reasons on the date of your travel, the booking will not be revalidated for the next day. Refund as per the refunds/cancellations policy, with no further obligation of Company whatsoever. Any kind of inconvenience caused because of cancellation of flights is beyond the control of the operator. No compensation, reimbursement or arrangements shall be offered in the event of cancellation of a flight.
- Our company shall not be liable for any medical emergency on the ground to the party. Therefore, in your own interest, guests are hereby advised to kindly consult a doctor and get medical check-up done, before commencing the yatra. Medical check-up is mainly required if a guest has any medical suffering/condition.
- In case the journey is not finished within the stipulated time and passengers are not able to visit one or more Dhams due to bad weather conditions/technical reasons then the company will try to visit all places within the stipulated time. Although if this is not possible then the liability of the company will be limited to refund of unutilised sector/s.
- 100% refund shall be applicable in case the entire tour gets cancelled due to any Force Majeure reason, minus flight preparation charges of INR 2,500 Per Person Per Sector and any additional services provided to guests.
- Where bad weather, technical snags or any force majeure reason beyond company control results in the cancellation of the flight being delayed or cancelled, Company will not be liable in any way for the cancelled or delayed flight. However, refund will be given to clients as per the refunds policy. Any kind of inconvenience caused because of cancellation of flights is beyond the control of the operator. No compensation or reimbursement for accommodation, transportation, meals or any other travel expenses done by the guests shall be offered in the event of cancellation of a flight.
- The Company reserves the right, without assigning any reason, to cancel, advance, reschedule, over-fly or delay the commencement or continuance of the flight. Without incurring any liability in damages or otherwise to the passengers or any other person on any ground whatsoever. The Company reserves the right to refuse to carry any person whom it considers unfit for travel or what in the opinion of the company may constitute risk to the aircraft or to the persons on board.
Disputes,if any, are to be settled by Courts in Dehradun who will have the Jurisdiction in this regard
Cancellation Policies
- If the reservation is cancelled 30 days prior to the date of arrival - 90% may be refunded
- If the reservation is cancelled 15 days prior to the date of arrival - 50% of the may be refunded
- If the reservation is cancelled 07 days prior to the date of arrival - 25% of the may be refunded
- If the cancellation is any later than the above stated period or in case of 'No Show'- No Refund
- No refund or any changes will be accepted at last minute for tour starting or after starting or middle of the tour.
